CMSOS Global Inc. was established to simplify the relationship between buyers who need reliable manufacturing and manufacturers seeking qualified commercial opportunities. The company's roots are hands-on: our founding manufacturing relationship is with two family-operated facilities in Punjab, India, specializing in scaffolding and formwork systems — direct operational insight into production, not a sourcing relationship at arm's length alone.

Building outward from that foundation, CMSOS has developed a vetted network of more than 25 manufacturers across India. We disclose the founding family relationship openly because it is directly relevant to how those specific orders are priced, documented and cleared through customs.

The company begins with scaffolding systems, steel fabrication, shoring, formwork and industrial components, with a plan to expand into additional industrial categories as buyer relationships develop.

Based in Ontario, Canada and incorporated federally under the Canada Business Corporations Act, CMSOS operates as a Canadian-accountable commercial intermediary — so buyers deal with a Canadian company in their own time zone rather than an unfamiliar overseas inbox.
