How It Works
From Specification to Supply.
A structured sourcing process from requirement to purchase order — so you always know what happens next.
Tell us what you need
Submit your specification, drawing, photo or product requirement using the RFQ form, or contact CMSOS directly by email, phone or WhatsApp. A drawing is ideal, but a clear description and quantity is enough to start.
Requirement review
CMSOS reviews quantity, material, dimensions, application, delivery requirements and any documentation your project needs. If something is missing or ambiguous, we ask before quoting rather than guessing.
Manufacturer matching
CMSOS identifies a manufacturing partner with genuine capability for your product — the right process, tooling and capacity, not just a willingness to quote.
Quotation preparation
The manufacturing partner reviews the technical requirement and provides pricing. CMSOS reviews commercial terms, freight implications and lead time, then prepares a coordinated quotation.
Commercial coordination
CMSOS coordinates quotation review, term negotiation, documentation and the purchase-order process as a single point of contact between you and the factory.
Supply & relationship
The manufacturing partner produces, inspects, packs and ships the order. CMSOS manages the commercial relationship and supports repeat supply once the product is proven.
What we need from you to quote accurately
- Product or component required
- Quantity and unit
- Dimensions, or a drawing if you have one
- Material and finish, if specified
- Delivery location and target date
- Any standard or documentation the project requires
What slows a quote down
- No quantity — pricing scales with volume
- No delivery location — freight is a real cost line
- “Send me a catalogue” with no requirement attached
- Drawings without dimensions or tolerances
- Documentation requirements raised after the order
